Guarantees are subject to the products being treated in accordance with Premdor's instructions for storage, handling, installation, maintenance and use and exclude ironmongery.
Guaranteed for thirty years against fungal attack and rot.
- All hardwood and softwood feature and panel doors (except Traditional hardwood feature doors, and redwood doors).
- Securidoors.
- All Alpha windows and timber door frames.
Guaranteed for ten years against manufacturing defects
- All hardwood and softwood feature and panel doors (except Traditional hardwood feature doors, and redwood doors).
- All other doors (except where stated otherwise).
- All Alpha windows and timber door frames.
- Factory glazed and sealed double glazed units (installed up to 800 metres above sea level).
- Roof windows.
Guaranteed for five years against manufacturing defects
- Factory finishing on timber, steel and fibreglass doors.
Guaranteed for three years against manufacturing defects
- All Hills cubicles (except EasiFix).
Guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defects
- Traditional hardwood doors.
- Matchboarded and redwood doors.
- Exterior flush and fire doors.
- Exterior and interior hardwood French doors.
- Pine doors.
- Factory finishing on interior moulded panel doors.
- Hills EasiFix cubicles.
Guaranteed for one year against manufacturing defects
- Stormproof and terrace entrance doorset ironmongery.
Please note that when finishing doors, it is essential to apply top coat paint/stain to all faces. In particular the tops and bottoms of the doors need the most protection, and any planed timber and cut-offs must be fully treated with a suitable undercoat/basecoat and top coat paint/stain in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
We recommend that this work is carried out before hanging the door.
Failure to follow these instructions may invalidate your guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our liability under these guarantees is expressly limited to the replacement or repair of the faulty goods and no liability is accepted for any charges for painting, storage, installation or other consequential costs. No claim/complaint will be accepted without a proof of purchase ie order number or till reciept.
